ERIC FRECHON PATRON OF THE PRIX EPICURES 2023

On Monday June 5, to celebrate our tenth anniversary, Chef Éric Frechon - Head Chef of the Bristol Paris, three Michelin stars since 2009, Meilleur Ouvrier de France - will be the special sponsor of Prix Epicures 2003 at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris. An event within an event.

As every year, Les Épicures de l'Épicerie Fine will welcome the jurors responsible for choosing the best gourmet products to one of the lounges in the Pavillon Gabriel. The principle remains the same, as 3 jurors per table will receive the producers who have applied for the competition and passed the pre-selection stage. Exchanges, tastings, evaluations: the marks given will enable us to assess which products have the best place in the distribution channels specializing in fine foods.

Exceptionally, this year they will be welcomed by a patron, Éric Frechon, one of only 5 chefs in the world to be both a three-star Michelin Guide winner and Meilleur Ouvrier de France. This exceptional status does not prevent this tireless worker from being accessible and attentive, as demonstrated by his presence with us on June 5. Head of the Epicure gourmet restaurant at the Parisian Palace Le Bristol, the Chef also advises some fifteen establishments. He is also the guest chef for our issue 60, and will also be present on the Pavillon Gabriel stage for the evening's awards ceremony presented by Loïc Ballet.
