The producer sends his sample for a pre-tasting to validate his participation in the Trophées des Épicures 2025.

The members of the Tasting Committee, under the aegis of the editors of Le Monde de l'Epicerie Fine, meet to decide on the eligibility of products entered in the competition. The criteria of taste, originality, appearance and packaging determine whether or not a product is selected.

The organizer will confirm the product's participation in the Trophy.

If the products are eligible, the producer sends his application to the organizing team and pays the registration fee.

On Monday, April 28, 2025, at the Pavillon Gabriel, the speed tasting allows participants shortlisted in each category to present and taste their product to a jury of 3 professionals, for 10 minutes! A live, not blind, jury, guaranteeing a truly constructive exchange.

Awarding the prizes

The prizes at stake are the Epicures d'or, d'argent and de bronze. The products with the highest scores in their category win the Trophy, and producers can use the vintage logo in all their communications for a whole year.

The prize-giving ceremony takes place at 6pm.
