1- Business meetings
On Monday April 29, 2024 at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris, exhibitors will be showcasing their products and exchanging ideas with visitors and partners.
2- "Points of sale" trophies
Gourmet distributors are honored in 5 categories:
- Best French Delicatessen
- Best Mixed Trade
- Best Foreign Grocery
- Best networks and producer store
- Best Merchant Site
The Trophées des Épicures in the retail and e-commerce category will be awarded on Sunday April 28 at a dinner.
3- "Food" trophies
Producers have 10 minutes to have their products tested by a panel of experts. The three best are awarded an Épicure d'or, d'argent or de bronze in 18 categories (awards ceremony at 7pm):
