Categories Food and Packaging

A team of 7 juries made up of 3 professionals - a delicatessen chef, a chef and a journalist - awards the prizes. The jurors meet with the candidates and taste their products, which are divided into fifteen categories: savoury, sweet and beverages. Judging criteria include taste quality (coefficient 2), appearance, production methods, originality and packaging.

The winning candidates will receive an Épicure d'or, d'argent or de bronze. A true label of quality in the gourmet sector, this distinction can be used freely in the communication of the winners, on all media: digital (website, emails...), printed, POS and at appointments.

The Epicures awards are an effective way for winners to showcase their expertise to decision-makers in the delicatessen sector, and get their products better referenced!
