10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present General Terms of Use are governed by French law and the user, by accepting the present, irrevocably grants exclusive jurisdiction to the French courts. The Courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Terms of Use, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
