Stéphanie Aufrere-Montigny created Comptoir de la Rose in 2020. "Growers and harvesters of roses, we transform the flowers into delicatessen products and spirits. We sell our products under our Comptoir de la Rose brand in our three stores (Cannes, Nice and Grasse). Our special features: we don't use flavorings or preservatives, and we work our roses to unique recipes."
