andre terrail

Chairman : André Terrail

Owner and president of the La Tour d'Argent group, André Terrail has succeeded in the audacious challenge of reinventing a Parisian institution founded in 1582. Just over a year's pharaonic renovation work has resulted in the breathtaking, resolutely contemporary rebirth of La Tour d'Argent. The doors of the building, which houses the 1 Michelin-starred restaurant on the top floor, are now open from breakfast, thanks to the Bar des Maillets d'Argent, which evokes the polo team of Claude Terrail, André's father. Completely refurbished from floor to ceiling, and boasting open kitchens, the dining room has increased its appeal tenfold in every respect: decor, menu and service. André Terrail also runs L'Épicerie de la Tour, Boulangerie de la Tour and Rôtisserie d'Argent. La Tour d'Argent is also present in Tokyo.
