Grand Prix of the decade

On Thursday May 25th, to mark our 10th anniversary, the Grand Prix de la décennie jury met in one of the lounges of the Le Grand Véfour restaurant in Paris to select the person who has made the greatest impact on the delicatessen sector over the last ten years.

Traders, buyers, producers, chefs, authors... A list of around twenty names had been drawn up by each of the jurors, who all had time to argue their choice during the superb lunch hosted by Guy Martin. 

The winner will be announced on June 5 at 6pm at Pavillon Gabriel during a ceremony hosted by Loïc Ballet.
