Opened in 2020 by Matthieu Contamine, La Miam Locale is a grocery store selling local produce in a short circuit, located at the heart of the future Paris-Saclay scientific cluster in Gif-sur-Yvette, Essonne. I wanted to get back to the basics," says the grocer, "listening to customers and selling. My main positioning is local: everything is produced or processed within 200 kilometers of the store, including 80% within 80 kilometers."
