Pierre Hermé, Guy Martin, Julien Duboué, François-Régis Gaudry and Juan Arbelaez, who have successively sponsored the Épicures de l'Année jury from 2018 to 2022, have agreed to meet again to designate the personality they feel has best marked the world of the gourmet sector over the last five years.
