Marie SEVERAC, a cheese creator and maturer, has its origins in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes in the CANTAL region. It was born around a cheese: LE SENERAC.
It was the family's grandmother, MARIE SEVERAC, who began making cheese in the 1900s.
Exclusively farmhouse-made, LE SENERAC is produced by farmers who respect the environment and Marie SEVERAC's secrets. Each cheese is turned and rubbed by hand every week in our own underground cellars.

Our product is UNIQUE, it's our own creation, we control production, refining and marketing from A to Z. We work directly with our partners, enabling us to organize the marketing and sale of our products. Very fast deliveries thanks to our logistics contracts with courier specialists. Small team focused entirely on customer satisfaction

LE SENERAC is the product we dedicate to our delicatessen customers.
With a best-before date of 4 months, it can be marketed without constraint. Our small tommes keep perfectly well at between 6 and 10°C - a small wine cellar is ideal.
With an average weight of 700 grams, it's sold by the piece or in halves, so you don't need a scale to market it.
This format is ideal for 8-10 people.
Its format and 100% natural crust protect the tomme and enable it to travel easily without damage.
Slipped into its tarlatan pouch, it makes an original gift of cheese! Once opened, you can leave it in the pouch, so it's at room temperature and safe from insects.
