Product presented at Épicures 2023
The hare terrine with juniper and country bacon was co-created with chef ** Olivier Nasti, Gault et Millau Chef of the Year 2023. A rustic terrine based on free-range pork from the Hautes-Alpes region and hare marinated with vegetables and herbs. No additives, coloring or flavoring.
