Corporate Innovation Award 2023 archie

Sponsored by French Gourmet Food

The Prix de l'Innovation Corporate 2023 was awarded on Monday June 5 to Archie, a young company specializing in organic cider vinegar.

As in previous years, eight entrepreneurs competed for this original prize, which offers the winner not only recognition and visibility, but also a tailor-made consultancy service. Awarded by experts with an unquestionable track record of professional success, the prize is given in recognition of a genuine corporate innovation approach at the heart of food consumption trends, and is awarded on the basis of an analysis of eight entries and individual interviews with each of the candidate company directors.

"We're not here to judge the quality of a new product, but a company's innovative approach, even if it's just starting out," explains Patrice Jacquelin, founder of French Gourmet Food and chairman of the jury, which includes Alain Léon, president of the Savor Créations group, Pascal Lepoutre, general manager of Les 4 Saisons and Confit de Provence, and Olivier Manière, general manager of Au Bec Fin.

Archie was born in October 2020 from the impetus of two childhood friends from Normandy - Marina and Devan - with the desire to rejuvenate the consumption of cider vinegar, often associated with grandma's recipes and its strict use as a seasoning. In addition to the product's gustatory qualities, the award also went to a young, committed company: https: //myarchie.co/pages/nos-engagements

A specialist in organic cider vinegar, Archie is positioned as a breakthrough product that is both gastronomic and good for health and beauty. Crowned Europe's most awarded cider vinegar, Archie has charmed France's greatest Michelin-starred chefs right up to the kitchens of the Élysée Palace...
Archie is also the entrepreneurial adventure of Marina and Devan, two Normans who dreamed of getting "people (re)interested in an ancestral product to take care of themselves and do good for our local terroir." Archie has also been awarded the Prix Épicures in the food category for several years running.
