Our handcrafted scallop rillettes reveal a gourmet texture punctuated by real pieces of shellfish meat. Fished in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, the natural texture of French scallops (Pecten maximus) makes these rillettes slightly creamy and very smooth. Very few ingredients are needed to make these rillettes sublime, which is why we've chosen a touch of Noirmoutier fleur de sel to highlight the shellfish. This unique combination produces creamy rillettes that can be enjoyed simply on a slice of toast.
