Developed according to the "Tree to Bar" concept and available in 9 micro-terroirs from the south of Martinique, Assemblage du Sud is a subtle blend of the distinctive flavors of each of these terroirs. This exceptional chocolate is a passport to a sensory journey through the thousand flavors of Martinique's gardens and plantations. The manufacturing process is faithful to the original product: cocoa. The carefully selected beans are fermented, dried and not roasted, to preserve their nutritional and taste integrity. In order to bring the best to the consumer, nothing other than cocoa beans, cocoa butter and cane sugar are used in the composition of this Otantik chocolate bar.
